How to develop a skincare routine

A skincare routine doesn’t need to be complicated in order to be effective, however there are three main steps how to develop a skincare routine:

Cleansing: Washing your face
Toning: Balancing the skin
Moisturizing: Hydrating and softening the skin

Of course one can do more steps but less is more, so keep it simple!

Step 1: Know Your Skin Type
The right routine starts with knowing what kind of skin you have. Then you'll know how to take care of our skin and can narrow down which products to look for and which to avoid.

Step 2: Cleansing
Cleansing your face will help you start/end your day with fresh skin. A cleanser will remove dirt, bacteria and oil from your face.

We recommend:

Oily Skin: PureHeals Charcoal Cleansing Foam
Dry Skin: CL4 Ultra Hydra Cleansing Lotion
Sensitive Skin: PureHeals Propolis Foam Cleanser
Normal Skin: CL4 Ultra Hydra Facial Foam

Step 4: Toning
This step helps to close pores, hydrates the skin and helps to remove stubborn dirt.

We recommend:

Sensitive Skin: PureHeals Propolis Softening Toner
Normal/Dry Skin: CL4 Ultra Hydra Toner
Problematic Skin: PureHeals Centella Reviving Toner

Step 4: Moisturize
All skin types need to be moisturized every day.

We recommend:

Dry Skin: CL4 Max Hyaluronic Ampoule
Sensitive Skin: PureHeals Propolis Ampoule & Propolis 80 cream
Normal Skin: CL4 Active Resurgence Cream
Anti-Aging: CL4 Ginseng Berry Premium Ampoule & Ginseng Berry Premium Cream

Additionally you can use products such as serums, eye creams and masks.

Tip: Don’t get discouraged if your skin doesn’t change overnight with your new routine, it will take a bit of time to adapt.
